Jubilee Metals Achieves Significant Copper Output Growth in Zambia

Jubilee Metals has announced a 65% increase in copper production for the first quarter of FY2026, reaching 938 tonnes, primarily due to improved throughput at the Roan concentrator and expanded ore deliveries from the Molefe mine. The Roan concentrator processed third-party ore, while the Sable refinery benefited from a stable power supply and high ore quality. High-grade ore deliveries from Molefe began in September, with targets set to further increase monthly output.

The company has increased its full-year copper production guidance to 4,500–5,100 tonnes, subject to seasonal factors. Jubilee also noted 215 lost-time-injury-free days, underlining operational safety. The company’s focus remains on expanding copper production, with further processing enhancements considered after the rainy season.
