Amaroq Reports High-Grade Critical Minerals at Black Angel Mine

Amaroq Minerals has announced new assay results from bulk samples at the Black Angel mine in Greenland, confirming significant grades of zinc (24.6%), lead (28.1%), and silver (295 g/t). The re-assays also identified commercially relevant concentrations of critical minerals, including germanium (44 ppm), gallium (21 ppm), and cadmium (1,328 ppm).

The discovery of these critical minerals, recognized as strategic by both US and EU authorities, is expected to enhance the value of future zinc concentrates and support Amaroq’s long-term operational plans at the site. These findings come as global supply chains for certain critical minerals remain highly concentrated, increasing the strategic importance of new sources outside of dominant producer countries.
