American Uranium Concludes 2025 Resource Expansion Drilling at Lo Herma Project

American Uranium (AMU) has finished its 2025 drilling campaign at the Lo Herma in-situ recovery (ISR) uranium project, located in Wyoming’s Powder River Basin. The initiative involved 50 mud rotary holes totaling approximately 53,460 feet (16,300 meters), focusing on resource expansion north of the planned mine units 1 and 2.

The drilling confirmed significant mineralized extensions, with intercepts extending up to 3 kilometers from previous drill holes. The strongest results to date were recorded, including a top intercept of 4.1 meters at 0.078% equivalent uranium oxide and 1 meter at 0.143% equivalent uranium oxide. An updated mineral resource estimate and additional drilling are scheduled for 2026, supporting the project’s progression toward ISR mine development. In addition, 12 new mineral claims covering 96 hectares were staked to expand the project footprint.
